  • Dr. Daniella Goldberg, PhD (Medicine) – Certified menopause yoga, mindful meditation, and breathwork facilitator, empowering women with holistic, evidence-based tools to navigate menopause and embrace their Second Spring. 
    – Nutritionist & naturopath specialising in women's health, particularly menopause.

  • Dr. Joanna Bruce, MYMA Healthcare – GP with a special interest in menopause self-care (Dr. Bruce will not be attending these workshops but endorses the program).
